The bark contains vitamin C, tanning substances, essential oils, salicylate (a compound contained in aspirin), etc. It is used in various diseases of the digestive tract, ulcer and gastritis. Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, 25 drops dissolved in 100 ml of water , taken 3 times a day.

Maximum daily dose:

Birch bark extract 750 mg (75 drops).

Contents in 1 dose:

Birch bark extract 250 mg (25 drops).

Ingredients:

1ml contains 1ml tincture 1: 5, equivalent to 250 mg birch bark.

Other ingredients:

Glycerin 25%.
